The View Through the Looking Glass
I'm an avid reader and aspiring author with an unhealthy devotion to the written word. From the classics to guilty pleasures and all points in between...I just love to read. My primary focus at the moment is male/male romance, usually with a paranormal element thrown in. This is a place for me to rave about books I loved and rant about those I didn't.
I liked this one. Even though I wish Fire's addiction had been treated with a bit more weight I still found myself enjoying this book. Fire and Rio are really well matched and I am kind of enjoying that the couples in this series don't seem to have quite the "instant" love connection as in other series. They're still drawn to each other and there's definite instant attraction but there seems to be more of a growing into feelings than feelings just automatically being there b/c they are mates.
